We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days from the purchasing date of your item to request a return. Past the 30 days delay, no return will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send the item back to us and we will send back the next one at our expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (custom orders or personalized items) and care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: The Robinson Company, 372 Miltimore, Brigham QC J2K 4N4, Canada.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
