The Vermonter Glove
For a long time, we have been looking for the pair of gloves that will last a minimum of a decade. A high quality, handmade glove. We fell in love with this Vermont company that has been in the glove industry for 4 generations.
Handmade with goatskin leather, known for its durability and flexibility, these gloves will take the shape of your hands with unique character. A bit like a second skin, we appreciate the thickness and the flexibility in movement.
You can add our nourishing oil made with neatsfoot oil.
- Durable goatskin leather so your gloves stay soft and dexterous
- Hand-stitched leather with heavy-duty nylon thread
- Outside glove seams for superior comfort
- Double-stitched fingertip seams for protection & durability
- Vein protector for longevity
- Handmade in Vermont, USA
HOW TO FIND
YOUR GLOVE SIZE
1. HAND SCALE
Print this image at 100% scale (or ‘Do Not Scale’ or ‘Actual Size’), place your hand on the chart and you’ve got your glove size.
2. WITH A TAPE
We source the majority of our leather from one place: Wickett & Craig Tannery, which has been producing vegetable-tanned leather in the USA since 1867, located only 9 hours from our shop. In the selection of leather, we use everything from English Bridle to Harness leather finishes. Each finish is unique to its function and will develop a distinctive patina over time.
We like to say that it just gets better with time.
Veg-tanning is a natural, eco-friendly process that produces deep-colored leather of superior quality.
All our leather goods are handcrafted by us. Kindly allow 5 to 10 business days for production before shipping.
During peak holiday seasons, such as Christmas, when we experience higher demand, please anticipate a production time of around 10-15 open days.
