How do I measure my belt?

Before making the measurement. Find a well-fitting belt: Locate a belt that fits you comfortably and is currently in use. Measure from the buckle end: Place the belt on a flat surface and extend it fully.

Start measuring from the end of the buckle (where the prong enters the buckle) to the hole that you typically use.
And to the place where you wear it. Make sure to measure along the centerline of the belt.
In this example, we would choose the belt size 34. This measurement will be your belt size.
If the number happens to be odd like 35 for example, choose a size up (36).

Method 2 : Measure at the waist

Alternatively, if you do not have a well-fitting belt or are purchasing a belt for the first time, you can follow these steps to measure your belt size:

  1. Use a flexible measuring tape: Preferably one designed for measuring body sizes. If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a string or a piece of paper that can be measured later.

  2. Decide where you want to wear your belt—whether it's at your waist or slightly lower on your hips. This will help you measure accurately.

  3. Take your measurements: Wrap the measuring tape around your waist or the desired belt position, ensuring that it is snug but not too tight. If you're using a string or paper, mark the point where it overlaps, and then measure the length using a ruler or a regular tape measure.

  4. Note the measurement: Record the measurement in inches. This measurement will be your belt size.
